What should I do if I forget my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and follow the reset instructions. Then you will have a password reset mail in your given email. Then you can reset the password and login to your account.

Can multiple users log in at the same time?

Yes, but each user must have their own account and role-based access. Users will access features according to their roles.

Can I group members into families?

Yes, use the Family Book Management feature to link members under one family book.

Can members login to the system?

Admins and Members have separate panels. After admin register a member, he will have a mail to verify email and set the password. When it is done he can access the Member console which is separate from the admin panel.

Can I generate financial reports?

Yes, you can generate financial records in the Financial Management. And also you can download reports as you want.

Is Rapid Sanctuary available on mobile?

Yes, the system is mobile-friendly and can be accessed via a web browser on smartphones and tablets.

Does the system log out automatically?

Yes, for security, inactive sessions are auto-logged out after a set time.

Can I import members in bulk?

Yes, admins can use the Bulk Upload feature (CSV/Excel format) to import members.

Can system inform about the events to the members?

When admins create the events in the admin portal, Events will be show up in the public portal and the Member Console.

Do you offer training for church staff?

Yes, we provide comprehensive training for your church staff through online sessions, video tutorials, and documentation. We ensure your team is comfortable using all the features they need. Ongoing support is always available when questions arise.
